The main activity of the trust is to run the school and serve the tribal students by educating them , thus enabling them to lead a better life & lifestyle Kunturkar Education Socity is running school & training center at Nanded, India for the last fourteen years.The school was started in state govt. approved in May 1997 with 47 l children and now there are 1207 of them studying. The society proposes to start school till higher secondary because , they want to make the people literate & don't want to stop their education and fall back again as illiterate due to lack of resources . Otherwise, further education and vocational training will enable them to earn their livelihood independently and change the whole community.1000 children are expected to be beneficiaries in the start of the project. Out of them 90% are tribals including Tribal girls.

We "Kunturkar Education society" is established to develop the education recognized by govt. from time to time as per need of education and for that purpose to open primary,secondary and higher secondary schools,colleges ,ashrams etc The society also works for the welfare and development to the scheduled cast,schedule tribes and down people in the rural below poverty time also for women & child development programs. The society takes the state and central Govt. plans and obtain the assistance to develop social and historical education,working women hottest to work for control of air pollution and water pollution to develop agricultural education to work for forest development and for that new plantation nursery development etc. Social workers and educated people felt the need of educating tribal children who were neglected and not attending any school.
